Residents have access to an outstanding variety of shopping and dining. Grocery and everyday options include Publix, Fresh Market, Trader Joe's, Walmart, Target, Total Wine, Marshalls, Sam's Club, and Anthropologie. For dining, popular spots include The Cheesecake Factory, Ford's Garage, and Bonefish Grill — all just minutes from the community.
Are parks or outdoor recreation areas nearby?
Yes! Sweetwater Wetlands Park is nearby, and The Polos also has its own on-site nature trail and soccer field — great options for enjoying the outdoors right at home.

Is public transportation easily accessible? Do you have a ride share meet-up area?
Yes! A bus stop is located on Williston Road just outside the community entrance. We do not have a designated rideshare meet-up area.
